Manual oil pump consists of the following parts: 1, pump body; 2, handle part; 3, storage tank; 4, rear seat part 4.1 pump body: the main part of the pump, high pressure working chamber, low pressure working chamber, two check valves, high pressure valve (safety valve), low pressure valve, valve unloading valve, two check valve, oil inlet, etc. Various holes are organically linked together. Two check valves are to prevent pressure oil return. The specifications and functions of the two check valves are the same. The function of low pressure valves and high pressure valves is pressure control. The pressure was controlled at 1.5MPa and 63MPa, respectively. The two steel balls at the oil inlet are the check valves. After the work, loosen the unloading valve and pressure oil flow back to the storage pipe to complete the unloading work.4.2 Handle part: mainly composed of pressing rod and pressing handle. Connect to the pump body and plunger by two pins. The hand power acts on the pressing rod, driving the plunger to make a reciprocating motion, generating the oil pressure.4.3 Fill oil and vent holes are installed on the back seat or fuel tank. Release the screw to deflate and intake. Open the vent valve when use.
